PUBLIC RANDOM DRAWING PROCEDURES: After all spots are filled, we utilize a random lottery drawing to determine which students are accepted for enrollment. We continue to draw names in order to prioritize students on the waiting list. The random lottery is performed by a public notary. All grade levels are included in the lottery drawing. The student numbers are drawn and grade level information is posted on the school's website after the Lottery for the academic year.If a family is not present at the Lottery event and the applicant’s number was selected the enrollment package is mailed. The family is contacted and advised of their selection and given 10 days to return the enrollment package. When selected students miss their deadline to turn in the enrollment package, waiting list applicants are called in order.
